Culture Keepers is a means by which the Ottawa Tribe of Oklahoma is seeking to provide foster parents and guardians of Ottawa children in care access to our culture. DHS workers will also find this to be a valuable resource for non-native foster families who have Ottawa children in their custody and wish to be ICWA compliant.
